We’re excited to roll out the new Every Car Can auction bidding system and welcome you to an improved bidder experience.
This upgrade is part of an ongoing effort to make our auction platform more user-friendly, easier to navigate, and most importantly, more secure for our bidders.
A New Bidder Experience
While the auction process itself remains familiar, the way you access your bidder account has changed.
The updated platform is designed to provide a smoother and more secure experience as we continue improving the Every Car Can auction system.
How to Log In
We are no longer using usernames to access bidder accounts.
Going forward, your email address will be your login.
To access your account:
- Visit the Every Car Can auction platform.
- Enter the same email address associated with your existing bidder account.
- Enter the password you previously used with your account. (Your previous password should continue to work with the new system.)
Before You Start Bidding
Once you are logged in, you must process your $200 bidder deposit before placing bids in the auction. If a deposit is required for your account, please complete that step after logging in so your account is ready to bid. (This deposit requirement does not apply to dealers and/or permanent bidders.)
Having Trouble Logging In?
If you are unable to log in, select the “Forgot Password” option on the login screen.
You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
Please remember:
- Use the same email address that is already associated with your bidder account.
- Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the password reset email in your inbox.
- Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
Everything Else Stays the Same
Although the login experience has been updated, the rest of the auction process remains the same.
Proxy Bidding
Proxy bids remain available until 11:59 PM on the Friday before the auction.
